Chinese New Year Banquet at the Maple Garden Duck House

Dish: Maple Fruity Prawns
Serves 4 - 5
For the Prawns:
Use 8-15 prawns
Shell and devein
Marinate with egg white and dash of baking powder
For the sauce:
Prepare sauce in advance: Use blender
Ingredients:
Fresh Lemon Juice
Pineapple Chunk
Condensed Milk (amount depends on desired sweetness)
Mayonnaise
Sugar
Vinegar
Blend to thick creamy consistency
For the Honey Walnuts:
Heat honey to thin liquid form
Add walnuts to coat with hot honey
Strain and let cool
| Prepare Prawns |
| Add small amount of corn starch to coat for crispiness. Heat oil in WOK and cook stir fried. After cooking, strain oil.

| Heat sauce |
| Place hot sauce over Prawns and serve with Honey Walnuts. |
