We tasted 12 fabulous Barolos. Clerico, Perscristina 1997 was voted the overall favorite in a separate vote at the end of the tasting. Azelia Ceretto, San Rocco was the favorite of Flight I 2000. Clerico, Pajana was the favorite of Flight II 1999. Gaja, Sperss was the favorite of Flight III 1996 and L. Sandrone, Le Vigne was the favorite of Flight IV 1997. Prices quoted were found on the internet. The wines were bought at auction.
