We tasted 14 fantastic wines from Errazuriz, Caliterra, Sena, and Vinedo Chadwick. Errazuriz Sauvignon Blanc Estate - Casablanca Valley - 2005 was the favorite white. Errazuriz Max Reserva Shiraz - Aconcagua Valley -2004 was the favorite of Flight II. Errazuriz Max Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon -2004 was the favorite Cabernet Sauvignon. Errazuriz Don Maximiano Founder's Reserve - Aconcagua Valley -2003 was the favorite Super Chilean. Viņedo Chadwick - Aconcagua Valley -2001 was the second favorite Super Chilean. Arboleda Carmenčre - Colchagua Valley - 2003 was liked by all.

Perfumed aroma, crisp, tropical fruit on the palate, balanced, the favorite of this flight.

Golden color, natural yeast used, barrel fermented, 66% new oak, mineral, apple and ripe melon a buttery finish.

Errazuriz Sauvignon Blanc Late Harvest - Casablanca Valley - 2005
Pale yellow, color. Late picked and botyitis affected fruit is cold fermented and left with 88% risidual sugar. Sweet with ripe fruit and balanced acidity.

Caliterra Tribute Cabernet Sauvignon - Colchagua Valley - 2004
86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Malbec, 5% Shiraz. Aged in14 months in french and american oak barrels; 20% new . Deep ruby red color. Aromas of ripe red and black fruits gradually give way to rich notes of vanilla, toast, and chocolate. The ripe flavors are balanced on the palate by fresh acidity. Big round tannins make this a full bodied Cabernet.

Purple color, 100 % Shiraz. Aged in French and american oak. Spicy aromas, full bodied, balanced, long finish.

Errazuriz Don Maximiano Founder's Reserve - Aconcagua Valley - 2003
Blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Shiraz, 10 % Petit Franc. Aged in 100% French oak.Deep ruby red color and ripe, intense fruit on the nose, with notes of blackberry and cassis. The smooth, toasted character of cocoa beans and chocolate is contributed by the French oak.
The palate is at first smooth but grows in volume. This wine finishes with a wonderful balance of structure, freshness complexity and elegance. The favorite of this flight.

Seņa - Aconcagua Valley - 2002
70.4% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19.8% Merlot, 9.8% Carmenčre. Ripe fruit, black cherry, blackberry and blueberry complexity on the nose, are emphasized by spicy notes of sandalwood and cedar, vanilla and toast. Spicy, chalky tannins create a lively sensation on the palate. The wine fills the mouth on entry and carries through to a long finish. The big tannin structure should allow the wine to age very well and continue gaining in complexity for many years

Viņedo Chadwick - Aconcagua Valley - 2001
100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Dried cherry, black truffle and chocolate on the nose with notes of mint, rosemary and leather. On the palate, the wine is lush, with layers of blackberry and black cherry flavors and ripe spicy tannins. The lingering finish is rich with berry fruit and a light mineral note. The finely grained silky tannins and excellent acidity give this wine the balance to mature for many years. The second favorite of this flight.
