While David Post played excerpts from Beethoven, Mozart, and Brahms, Symphony’s. we tasted wonderful wines from Austria, Hungary and Germany where the composers were born. We also tasted the wine named for Beethoven’s 3rd Symphony “Eroica”; Chateau Ste Michelle “Eroica” Riesling 2005 from Washington State which was the favorite of the tasting.
