We all enjoyed a delicious Dominican feast with plenty of wine. Everyone had a fantastic time. All the wines were supplied by Palm Bay International.

Both wines were a perfect match with the variety of flavors of the appetizers.

The Malbec a purple intense wine, with aromas of ripe plums, a touch of cherry and a touch of mint; accompanied by spice and tobacco. Its mouth-feel is very sweet and round. This complex Malbec offered flavors of ripe red berries, and sweet tannins and has a very long finish.

The Sauvignon Blanc displayed hints of fig, grass, lime and chalk, with a moderately rich, mineral finish.

Intense and deep with a rich crimson red color, with a complex bouquet of fresh black fruit and spice notes. Potent and concentrated while maintaining its elegance and richness, it is a flavorful and persistent wine that went well with the steak.

Santa Rita Floresta Sauvignon Blanc from Chile
Pale straw color, with citrus notes, of jasmine, ripe kiwis and gooseberries. Elegant and concentrated, with crisp, zesty acidity highlighting freshness and fruit. Excellent partner with the Shrimp.
