The 11 wines we tasted have been specially selected by Mr. Fox who imports some of the best and rarest wines from the region. His wines all come from small producers who concentrate on quality. 5-Domaine Jean-Jacques Auchere Sancerre Blanc "Cuvee Calcaire" 2004 was the favorite Flight I. Oisly-Thesee Cheverny Blanc 2002 was second. Chateau de Targe Samur Champigny "Cuvee Classique" 2001 was the favorite of Flight II.
