We tasted 13 ice wines from the Niagara Peninsula, Germany, New York State and Washington State. Everybody liked the Flight I Aperitif: Inniskillin Sparkling Vidal Ice Wine 2002 VQA "Niagara Peninsula".
Inniskillin "Okanagan Dark Horse" Riesling Ice Wine 2003 was the favorite for Flight II,
Jackson-Triggs Proprietors' Reserve Gewurztraminer Ice Wine 2002 was the favorite of flight III and IV and Inniskillin Oak Aged Vidal Ice Wine 2003 VQA "Niagara Peninsula" was the favorite of Flight V.

100% Vidal grape. Produced in accordance with the "Methode Cuve Close" During fermentation the naturally occurring carbon dioxide is trapped inside the stainless steel tank and dissolves into the wine. Aromas of apricots and nectarines. A delicate, balanced, effervescent wine.
