Moletto Prosecco
Made from the Prosecco grape grown in Veneto, Italy. Pleasant, light wine with low acidity that matched the Antipasti perfectly. |

Risotto
Rocche Costamagna Arneis 2001
A white grape variety cultivated in the hills of the Piedmont region that was so perfect with the Risotto that the chef used it to cook the dish. Dry, low acid and perfectly balanced. My favorite of the evening. |

Entrée
CPV Salento Primitivo 1998
The Salento peninsula in Apulia produces this light bodied, soft and fruity red wine that matched well with the lamb. Primitivo is said to be the same grape as California's Zinfandel. |

Dessert
Martini & Rossi Asti
This wine is made from the Moscato grape grown around the village of Asti in the Piedmont region. Very sweet with a light alcohol and a peach, grape nose. Great choice with the bread pudding.
