Chef Owner Raymond Mohan has incorporated all the complexities of Latin cuisine and influences from his native Guyana. We enjoyed the colors and wonderful flavors of Chef's Raymond Mohan's cuisine paired with perfectly matched South American and Spanish wines. Everyone had a wonderful night.
