Fried dumplings
Fried Spare Ribs with honey
Mionetto Prosecco Brut 2001
This wine has an intense fruity bouquet with a hint of golden apple. Fresh and light in body, is well-balanced and easy to drink. This wine was perfect alone as an aperitif or as a delightful compliment to the appetizers.

Fresh, fruity bouquet and elegant structure. Lively, very forthcoming, a little too acidic for my taste.

Fresh berry and cherry fruit with hints of cranberries; excellent with the Peking Duck.

It tastes of peach and grapefruit with a citrus finish. It balanced the sweetness of the prawns.

Bright and fruity, with lemon and dried fruit character. Long, very crisp finish. Beautifully partnered with the scallops.
