We all enjoyed a delicious 5 course Italian feast with plenty of wine. Everyone had a fantastic time. The wines were supplied by Banfi and E.J.Gallo.

Mionetto Brut Prosecco
A terrific sparkler. This sparkling Prosecco from Italy's Veneto Region has an intense fruity bouquet with a hint of golden apples. It is very dry, fresh, light in body and well balanced. It was a delightful complement to the hors d’oeuvres.

Beni di Batasiolo Gavi del Comune di Gavi 2007
Perfume nose of flowers and pears. Soapy texture and more floral on the palate. Tart finish with lemons and sour apple. Pale straw color with green highlights. A perfect accompaniment with the appetizer.
