The history of Rum dates back to the early 16th century, not long after the foundation of the sugar plantations in the West Indies. We tasted and learned the joys of this versatile spirit. We sampled 25 vintage dated and aged Rums from places such as Trinidad, Barbados, Jamaica, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Austria and more. We also tasted luscious chocolate from La Maison du Chocolat.
