Speaker: Patrick Sere Executive Vice-President, Dreyfus Ashby & Co.
From lesser-known appellations such as Saint-Romain or Saint-Aubin to the great villages of Meursault, Puligny and Chassagne, the Chardonnay grape produces wines that go from the affordable to the sublime. Patrick Sere, Executive Vice-President at Dreyfus Ashby, a major importer of Burgundies, took us on an exploration of these fabled terroirs, shedding light on their geology, climate and history and tasting ten wonderful wines.
The voting was broken by flight, flights one and two were combined for the voting. All wines are full retail price.
