The Gold Standard: Double Gold and Gold Medal Winning Wines Thursday August 11, 2005 Time: 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. One of the most respected wine judging in the US is sponsored by Tasters Guild International. The 2005 Competition involved over 1,820 entries from 17 countries and 31 states, but only a handful was considered worthy of a prestigious double gold medal. We have arranged for most of the double gold medal winners and many of the gold medal winners to be offered at this stand-up walk-around tasting. Over 70 wines were available for your tasting pleasure. The wines are listed by Table Number, Award Code DG (Double Gold) or G(Gold) Origin and Price range.
