This wine is Green in color. It has a melon and honey nose, and citrus, honey and mushroom flavors on the palate. Fresh with herbaceous notes. It went well with the Canapes.

Flagstone Dragon Tree Pinotage-Cabernet 2001
Dense and dark red color. On the nose, intense wild red berry jumps out of the glass. This is backed up by toasty and spicy ripe plum and blackcurrant. The palate is as intriguing as it is balanced with loads of character. Youngberry, vanilla, chocolate chip muffin, cloves, toffee and just a hint of hedonistic animal magnetism. Perfect accompaniment with the bison and red wine sauce.

A Bordeaux Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec. Lovely boysenberry and blackberry fruit, augmented by alluring vanilla, toast, spearmint and chocolate notes. Long, supple finish lets the flavors linger. Concentrated but elegant. A delicious wine. The favorite of the night.

D.O.C. Extra Dry. Pale yellow sparkling wine. A pleasant Prosecco with apple, melon, pear and mineral character. Medium body and fine texture. It is well-balanced and easy to drink. It went well with the desert.
